About us

Attan Store is a Pakistani business based in Matta, Swat, KPK. We sell handwoven shawls and handcrafted leather footwear made by artisans in and around the Swat Valley.

Our products

Our shawls are handwoven and hand-embroidered. Every piece is individually made, so slight variations in colour, weave, size and finish are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique — they are not defects. Screen settings also mean colours may appear slightly different in photographs than in person.

Product names in our catalogue include traditional and regional trade names used in Pakistan. Where a name refers to a local weaving style rather than a specific fibre, our product descriptions state what the piece is actually made from. If you're ever unsure what you're buying, please ask us before ordering — we'll tell you plainly.

Pricing and availability

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices at any time without notice.
  • All items are subject to availability. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell out between your order and our confirmation.

Errors

We try hard to keep every listing accurate. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We'll always contact you first.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email or message, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where an address can't be delivered to. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and design — belongs to Attan Store and is protected under Pakistani copyright law and international conventions. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability
