Shipping Policy
Within Pakistan
Delivery is free on every product. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge, anywhere in Pakistan.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- We send your courier tracking on WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.
Every shawl is checked by hand before it ships, so please allow the full window during peak season (October–January).
Payment
Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Prefer to pay in advance? Choose bank transfer at checkout and use code PREPAID to save Rs 1,000 on every shawl.
For high-value orders, orders to remote areas, or customers with previous refused deliveries, we may ask for advance payment or a partial deposit before dispatch. We will always speak to you first — we never cancel an order without contacting you.
Please be ready to receive your order
We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before it is packed. If your plans change, message us on +92 344 1551188 before the parcel reaches you and we will cancel it free of charge.
Incorrect addresses and missed deliveries
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery. After a second failed delivery we may ask for advance payment before sending again.
International orders
We ship within Pakistan. We can send orders abroad on request — contact us on WhatsApp or attan.info@gmail.com before ordering so we can confirm the shipping cost and delivery time. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
