Within Pakistan

Delivery is free on every product. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge, anywhere in Pakistan.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • You'll receive tracking details by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.

Our shawls are handwoven and each piece is checked by hand before it ships, so please allow the full window during peak season (October–January).

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Bank transfer and SadaPay are also available if you'd prefer to pay in advance; just let us know.

For high-value orders, orders to areas outside our main delivery cities, or repeat cancelled orders, we may ask for advance payment or a partial deposit before dispatch. We'll always contact you first if that applies to your order — we won't cancel without speaking to you.

Please be ready to receive your order

Every piece we send is handmade and dispatched specially for you, and refused deliveries cost our artisans and our small team real money. If your plans change, just message us on +92344-1551188 before the parcel reaches you and we'll cancel it free of charge, no questions asked.

International orders

We currently ship within Pakistan. We do send orders abroad on request — if you're outside Pakistan, please contact us on attan.info@gmail.com or +92344-1551188 before ordering so we can confirm shipping cost and delivery time to your country.

Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at no extra cost.
